Payments
We accept all major credit card payments for added online security and peace of mind. The price of goods includes VAT at 20%. We will upon request provide a VAT receipt.
Delivery
We only ship to the UK. We shipped between Monday and Friday, not over the weekend or on Bank Holidays.
- Free delivery orders are normally shipped the same day if ordered before 10am. If you require your goods to be sent on a quicker service, then please choose tracked 24 or 48 at the checkout
- Tracked 48 orders are prioritised over “free shipping” for same day dispatch. If the orders are receive before 12pm on a working weekday
- Tracked 24 orders are prioritised over “free shipping and tracked 48” for same day dispatch. If the orders are receive before 1pm on a working weekday
- Pallet Shipments are for very large or heavy items and is a street curbside delivery service only. For further information please call the shop on 01624 847096
We can ship to an alternative address if required, for example to work or a neighbour, please specify this on the Order Confirmation page.
We only ship goods on the receipt of a confirmation of payment. We would always advise customers to contact us if they haven’t received their goods within 4 working days of payment.
Returns
If you no longer want the goods please inform us, by email, within 14 working days of the delivery we will then advise you of how to return them. The buyer is responsible for return postage and packaging costs. Once the return has been received and confirmed by our warehouse, and received back in the same condition as sent, a refund for the goods will be issued. Goods received back in an unsaleable condition will not be eligible for a refund. Please note we cannot accept returns arranged by the buyer.
