If you need to return an item purchased from one of our online shops you may request a Return Authorisation Code from us to complete your return and then print a retun label to use at the Post Office or save a QR code to take to the post office so they can scan and print a label for you if you don’t have a printer.
Email us at RAC@grants-supplies.co.uk for your Return Authorisation Code.
If you need to return a parcel that cannot be returned over the post office counter (ie. it’s to big or heavy) then you will need to contact us here to discuss other options – firstname.lastname@example.org / tel. 01642 847096.
You may be liable for a charge for this return unless the return is due to our error or damaged / faulty goods. Normally this will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must arrive in the condition you received them, un-used and in original sealed packaging where applicable.
Return label charges are £4.95 per return label.

You will see this logo to confirm you’re in the right place.
Alternatively you can buy the postage at the Post Office or other courier service, this may be cheaper for you, but for your peace of mind we recommend you do use a fully tracked service, as lost items can’t be refunded (proof of postage is not proof of delivery).
